UPR X Pipe:pros and cons

Looking to buy and off road upr x pipe and just wondering how good it is..it will be paired up with my borla stinger. Anyone else have this setup

That is going to be a very raspy combo. High pitched for sure. Will probably get old quick. Will give you around 15 extra ponies over stock tho if you have long tubes if not there won't be much gain as far as power.

It'll sound good. Just like any other o/r x. Plus its probably the cheapest option. What is it now? 150? And even if you don't like it, its not like you spent a ton. Im very partial to the stingers as well. I've heard that exact setup on a 2v and 3v and loved it. Go for it.

Pros: Cheap, Gets the job done.
Cons: I saw none when I had it installed.

I had that exact same setup on my cobra for a while until I went with headers so it didn't work anymore.

This setup will be loud at wide open throttle...it will sound good at idle and just cruising. There will be a blat point around 3k rpms that goes away pretty quick.

Thanks guys. Will it still have a pretty nice, deep tone still? I've heard people say stingers will be deep with any mid pipe, but I want a deep sound with a little rasp

It will be deep. They have a very nice tone to them
