Smokeing only after hard down shifting

So I just re did my heads and a few other thing but b4 I blew a head gasket I did not have any smoke at all now when I down shift pretty hard like up around 4k when I come to a stop and give it a little gas it smoke does any one have a idea what could make this happen I have always herd it is a valve problem when it does this but not sure oh and the smoke is a blueish tent and has a oil smell to it and I also could use a tune but I would think that would make 4 a all around problem sry I'm kinda jumpy in my writing but it should make since lol

So it only smokes when you down shift? No smoking when you start it up in the mornings?

Did you install the heads or did a mechanic shop do the work? Did you have them machined by a head shop? Sorry to ask these questions I'm just trying to tell you were you went wrong. Theses 4.6 heads are a pain in the rear and very hard to install properly .
