Thinking on it I could paint the calipers but want the mustang emblem on it so I'd have to get something to work off of that.. An def not doin the rear window like that cuz I think it to much.. Makes it look to much like it's fox counterpart..

Re: NEW! 03 mustang gt ideas

The offset on the 05+ wheels does not look right on 99-04 Mustangs. The rear wheels will sit too far inside the wheel well because of the difference in the offset as mentioned before.

I've seen some 99-04 V6s around town with those exact wheels and they don't look right at all. This pic will give you an idea of what you can expect even though it's a V6 and you have a GT.

I personally have a Dark Shadow Grey 03 GT and I STRONGLY SUGGEST you think about getting Maximum Motorsports Full Length Subframe Connectors welded in as one of your first mods. Doing that will help tighten up your car tremendously. Depending on how it was treated by the previous owner you might already have a lot of squeaks and rattles, but the subframes will help remove some of them and also prevent more from coming in the future. Not to mention the added handling benefit by having the frame together in one piece.

I also suggest you consider a legitimate brake upgrade in the future. The covers are ok for looks. But if you want better stopping power AND looks you need to plan to replace those lame stock brakes with something better.

yup when putting 05+ wheels on 94-04 you need spacers else they dont work right

If you are buying the same car. Those cobras that are on it are my favorite. If they made a set a little wider for the rear I would take em off your hands.

I think you should go with the SVTE Replica 10th wheels (Chrome)

Re: NEW! 03 mustang gt ideas

pleaaaaase dont put on the hood pins... and people love the wheels that are on your car... i actually painted mine because I liked em so much haha.

again just my .02 but no hood pins... especially if they are faked.

PLEASE dont put a tag on the front of your car, it ruins the flow of the car... no idea why ford put a stupid indent on the front bumper of the GT.. thankfully its not on the cobra.

Ive seen those tag things a few times, they look ok but I dont personally care for them but if you like em go for it.

Hood pins, I dont care for as they are not needed on factory hoods and mess with the look to me of the hood

caliper covers are fine, but the cheaper and better alternative would be to clean up and paint the ones you have

you can tint your own tail lights or buy those, it looks good on some color cars, yours being DSG it will look good

smoked headlights are fine but stay OEM (the best looking) all the aftermarket and projector ones look like crap. Also you have to reseal them else moisture is an issue.

the quarter window scoops are ok but the angle where they meet the roof is a 90 degree angle and it messes with the looks
Pretty much my thoughts too.

louvers are awful...DON'T DO IT

Tinted headlights/taillights...not for me either.

Please do not put those doors on your Mustang! I'm begging you! If i had the money, I would buy the car from you to keep from putting those doors on it.
