Stop using the belt lube. Replace the belt. It's possible that a pulley or accessory is binding. A good trick to a belt squeal is black rtv. Put a little dab on each side of the belt. Smooth it out with your finger. Start and run it before the rtv cures. Hope this helps.

Auto parts store. Black silicone rtv sealant. Small tube. Don't take much. That's usually last ditch effort.

What brand belt is on it? If it's goodyear gatorback. Replace it with something else.

If it was me, I would just replace the belt. If it still makes noise, which I doubt it will, then something is out of whack with the pulleys.

It just lightly coats the belt. Just a trick we always used at the dealer. Leave it running for a while and it will coat the whole belt. Really works.

Re: 03 GT...another problem

I know this sounds stupid but it is here for thought. I also had a whine on my belt awhile ago. I tried the lube and everything else. But to no avail it didn't work. I finally found out it was the bearings in the alternator that went bad. I changed the alternator and all was fine. Not saying this is your problem but it is here for thought in case the new belt still whines....

I had same problem, I changed all the idle pulleys and no difference in a whine noise. Put a brand new belt on it and never heard the whine again. I used gatorback belt.

Re: 03 GT...another problem

could be the belt or a bearing in an idler perhaps, if the belt has miles on it might as well replace it to find out.
