Tuner?

What would be a good tuner for my 03' gt? I'm looking for added horsepower and a nicer sound. Have flow master dual exhaust and a cold air intake. Any suggestion from people who have had tuners and know from experience?

Sct. Most popular with custom tuners. My suggestion.

Re: Tuner?

as said SCT seems to be the most popular out there, its not the tuner though its the tune that really matters. You can find someone local that has a good reputation or get a tuner out of the area to do a remote tune or you can get some tunes and data log/dyno and get updates to get it right.

The tune wont really change the sound of the car though.

Either model sct is good. The newer and more expensive models let you do more yourself. A custom tune is still gonna be best and it doesn't matter what sct model you have.

Re: Tuner?

dont use a chip, its old tech and is just bad~ a tuner will upload the tune file to your computer and you can revert back to stock if needed.

I've got a sct2. 3 custom tunes loaded in it. That's all I use it for. Works great.

I've been looking at those online and they are pretty expensive. But I'm guessing worth it?

Re: Tuner?

Get a SCT and get it dyno tuned, don't bother with those e-mail tunes.
