Power Window Problem!

Ok, so Shelbie's window won't go up, stuck down! 2002 GT.
I can hear the damn relay, and it was working fine earlier, I'm thinking its the motor, but wasn't sure if they just took a dump like that or not?
Fox motors at least slow down first. Not New Edge savvy yet, so I guess this would be my first tech ? on the site, lol.

Electric motor develop dead spots in them. If slamming doesn't work, pull the door panel and tap on the motor with a hammer while holding the switch.

Happened to me last year. We took the panel off then back on with no success. In rage we hit the door and it works now so try that but be gentle. Mustangs are beautiful machines

Might last like that for a while might not. Needs a motor eventually.

Re: Power Window Problem!

Right on! Went up with no problems. Didn't even have to hit it very hard.

Re: Power Window Problem!

It's funny that even the most beautiful things on earth can be fixed with a hammer.
