Mickey thompson et streets

Does anybody know if a 265 40 18 fit on a 18x10 FR500 wheel for a 2001 GT? There $275 a piece and I don't wanna buy them and put them to find out there to big and rubbing...my care lowered to..

That is too narrow for that wheel...

Look for something at a minimum of 275, preferably in the 295-315 range for that wide of a wheel.

A buddy of mine runs a 315 on his '95 GT. Wish I could get something like that on a Fox without having to do anything, lol.

And you won't have to worry about rubbing until you get into a 28" tall tire or over 315 wide.

Look for 295/35(or 30)-18, 275/35-18, 305/35(or 30)-18 or something similar.

I run a 315/45-16 on a 16x7 wheel. It's way too much tire for the wheel, but I like the setup.
