Angry Huge problems and need help!

I am having problems with throw out bearing/clutch and now the stang is down again. Can anyone give me some assistance on the best route to go. I am fustrated and Haven't had much time in the last month to enjoy the car with it as my daily driver.

First the spark plug blew out the head and the car was down for 3 weeks and then the clutch starts screwing up. It has been a great car put now I am looking for help on the cheapest way to get my car back into service.

Is there anyway to adjust a stock clutch to get me through this week till I can get it fixed permanently this weekend. thank you in advance for alll the help. You all have helped me in the oast and hope that you can help me now in my moment of despair...

Grinding and feels like a huge lack of power not wanting to go when I depress the throttle. grinding goes away when pedal depressed and then comes back but comes and goes. so I dont know if cllutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing or what....

Clutch is shot dude. I would get a full kit. Sometimes you can't tell if it's the plate or disk until it's down. As far as driving it until then, you may be screwed. If it's grinding the plate then not that big of a deal. It may be grinding the flywheel which can't be good.
