I'd do hids. More drastic of a change. And they are 9007s unless I'm mistaken

Id say xenons because it is an actual upgrade. My 03 uses 9007. I'm about to get the bi xenons kit. So I can have a hi and lo beam.

Or flip a coin!

I have the bixenons. Theyre pretty much the same accept for a wiring harness and a slightly different bulb.

They have a little bigger body near the base where the wires come out of the bulbs to house a little thing that pulls the bulb in a little. Moving the light back makes the light refract differently making it like your factory high beams.

Edit: and the harness has a little power box that controls the high beam function. It's complicated to explain over the forum though.

So is there a noticeable difference when you switched from hi to low?. I have another car that uses a single bulb and it has xenons low an halogen hi and the high beam is similar to a dam candle.

Yep, when you have hids, the glare is a little bad, so you have to angle the lights slightly down, which in turn lowers the ability to see far distances and around turns sometimes. You pretty much need the dual kit ( mines from ddmtuning and it's great btw )... The hi beams look just like the high beams with the regular bulbs. And when you need to flash someone at night, single beams won't do anything... And if you turn on high beams with only a low beam kit, theyll just turn off.
