I have an '04 GT and when I bought the car the power steering pump was replace for leaking or something like that. Ever since then there is a whining noise that amplifies and turns into a clicking when I turn the steering wheel all the way. Today while driving I noticed that the brakes were "sticky" and that the wheel is very hard to turn. When at a stop I have to rev the engine to get it to turn. Is this the power steering pump again or is it a bigger problem?

It feels like my power brakes are out too, does that have to do with hydro-boost?
