I have finally found out what was causing me so many issues with my car. I have 2 cracks in my intake manifold. That would be the bad news. The good news is that now i know what the issue is I get to do some mods. Next week I will be ordering a PI intake manifold swap kit from blueovalchips.com, a tuner/cai combo from Americanmuscle.com, a new radiator and water pump, and getting some weld in Flowmaster mufflers. Super Stocked about it. I will let you guys know how it goes.
It is awesome! I get to fix everything thats wrong with my car well adding 30+ horesepower for less then $1400. Ive done a lot of research and feel pretty confidant in the choices.
If possible amongst your choices.. opt for the cast aluminum manifold. the plastic ones are just gonna give you the same hell over and again. I should know. OR even the semi-aluminum one. Just do your hw.
I had a 98 GT and I had to replace the manifold and I got one with the thermo housing aluminum never had a leak again.
