Tune problems

When I tune 93 race, I get a service engine soon, when I pull the codes I get obd readiness test not complete, exhaust recirculation.

i alwasy get the P00000 code for the readiness, but it doesnt trip the CEL, i never got the other one tho, i think that is the EGR but not totally sure.
