Sad day today

Well i just got home. On my way home i was driving normally and i stopped at a light then i go at green and the engine reved up to like 7 rpm and never shift gears and i was like wtf then i tried again an same nothing. I guess its time for a new transmission :/ its auto btw.

That would be awesome. I dnt kno anything about a transmission. My dad does but idk if hes gonna help.

It ain't to hard to change. What makes it hard is if you have no way of getting it off the ground... I could come down and help. Just cover my gas. I'm broke lol

Idk why it went out. It works in reverse. But i put it in drive and it goes like 5 mph then slowly goes to 10mph. And it makes like a whistle and i put it in neutral and the whistle stops.

Sounds like your 1st&2nd and second clutches finally gave out. It's trying to take off in 3rd so it's slow. Or you really broke something good

Whole tranny. Or get it rebuilt. I won't rebuild them. Auto trannies are picky. One tiny bit off on a little measurement and the thing tears itself up again.

Idk it jus goes reallyyy slow then gradually but realy slow starts to go a little faster. And im only reving it to like 2 rpm.
