rev limiter

Should I tune my far to have a rev linger at 2500rpms? Or anysugestions thanks! !

I would not recommend a 2.5k rev limit.

I'm not sure of the powerband of a 98 but for my 02 I have the limiter at 6200 because it's out of my powerband and useless.

Reason I say not to set it at 2500 is because even normal acceleration can go over 2.5k.

And what happens if you're on the road and need to pass a car or you get in a wreck? With a limiter that low you would go nowhere. Or if you pull out of a road into traffic ad someone is closer than you thought and you need to get up to speed fast?

If I were you I'd leave it at stock limiter.
