well a tuner is great but I would only do it after I had all the other mods (or all the main ones) as thats when you will get the best out of it. The tuner is just a device to relay the tune, the tune is what really matters. You want to get it from someone that has good support, will update for tweeks as needed and you need to get it checked on the dyno no matter what.
I would say for the 400 invested in a tuner + what ever the tune costs expect 10-20rwhp depending on your level of mods. 20 would be the very high end of course.
