what exhsust should I get for my 1996 mustang gt??

Would changing from x pipes to h pipes make a difference in hp? What should I get? Also should I get 1 chamber or 2?

Don't really think the X to H would be worth the $$$.....and asking about 1 or 2 chamber, it really depends on how loud you want it

Don't get one chambers, will loose power unless your pushing big time power. 2 chambers is the way to go or go with a mac setup or magnaflow.

well i have 1 chamber now so what would change if i make it to 2 chamber? besides the sound. would i lose or gain power? or would it be equal? or at least equal enough to not feel the difference..

How will he lose power? Especially, how will he lose power vs. a Magnaflow? A 1-chamber has just that....one chamber in the way.....most Magnaflows are straight through with baffles, like a fancy glass pack.

"too much flow loses power" is a bad internet myth.

It's not a matter of opinion.....There is a nasty rumor online that if you get too much flow you'll lose back pressure and therefore lose power.....not exactly the case.

Pick the sound you like better and let that make your decision....the difference in the two would probably be less than 3 HP on your car

Re: what exhsust should I get for my 1996 mustang gt??

for power go with single. but the difference between one and two chambers is not enough that you will notice a difference in power. dyno might show a little increase. but i promise you its not anything you will feel

not necessarily deeper. but a 2 chamber is significantly quieter than a single chamber
