+1 and I'd like to do a cobra swap in the 96. The 2000 is my cousins Gt that were just gunna do a engine rebuild. And screw it let's just make a mustang neighbor hood.

I got my new tunes put in this morning and it drives awesome i love the swap.

ECM problems?

WHat did you do as far as the ecm and tcm? Did you have to swap computers?

Do you have a tuner? If so, I'd call your tuning company sick as Bama, Diablo, ect and they can send you new tunes to turn your auto side of the Ecu off. If it's dyno tuned they can do that as well.
