Cam install...

Do I have to remove the heads to install new cams??

if you are asking that then chances are you dont need to be doing it on your own lol, not without help from someone that knows how to go about it just to be safe. Dont want to blow up the motor or mess up anything.

My mechanic is doing the work, I don't have all the tool to do it anyway, I didn't think you needed to remove the heads, I was just making sure lol

You gotta know too though cause you gotta know what the job requires so when he says yea we had to drop the whole motor and get the troll out of you intake and clean the goblins out of you valve covers you'll know he's screwing you lol

very good point. always good to be educated on the job being done on your car to avoid them ripping you off.

Make sure he degrees the cams when he installs them. Advancing them will get you a little more power across the board.

I wouldnt bother with it if hes only doing a dot-to-dot install.

cams installed finally, waiting on getting it tuned...i have a short clip of it but it is not tuned
