if your tuner is unlocked (as in can do changes to the tune as you want) you can try to pull 2-4 deg timing out of it to see if that fixes it. You may need fuel in that RPM range. If its an SCT you can use livewire and data log it and send that to the tuner to review/update your tune with if they are decent and want to help that is.
I had to have more fuel added in my low rpm range where I got some detonation as an example.... took data logging to figure it out (data logging is easy review my article in the articles section on setting it up)
