Vac line location

So I'm just Doing the few finishing things on my engine swap from a 3.8 to the 4.6 and I have an extra Vac line. It goes from the little round thing on the back drivers side fuel rail all the way around and hooks up to the throttle body then keeps going to the passenger side of the engine. The end of the line is what I can't figure out where to put. Any help would be awesome!!!

Ok the round thing is a fuel pressure regulator!

It sounds like it goes into the passenger fender well. Thats if im not mistaking. I would have to see my engine right in front of me to kno exact. But i think it goes into like a metal line or little fuel line type of deal.
