How wide are your rears? I ran into a problem cause the previous own put 315 on it with a really low drop not sure how much but with after slapping some bolt ons in it the torq made the rear drop enough to tear up the pass tire.

with the the 2 in drop I went with 18 x 9 all the around with 285 nitto tires. They grip 10 x better then stock

Not sure you would have to check with your local parts shop .

I think it was 4500$ Canadian when I priced it out but I wouldn't quote that price

Re: You Decide

99-04 GT's are hard to get real power out of without building the motor or boosting it... so you need to decide if you want to sink that kind of cash into the car and still end up with a car worth what ever the GT currently is.. or sell it and get something with more potential.... or be happy with where you are at.

Thats where I was with my 01 V6 and I decided the 03/04 cobra was the right fit for me at the time.

I will never sell this car. I took a beat up mustang and turned it to a thing of beauty. I sank about 4 grand so far and it needs about 4 more to get it at 500 hp with a couple more interior and exterior upgrades. Well worth every penny

I agree with the rear End Gears and a short throw shifter, you will have to take a minute or two to get use to the new gears and shifter, will be huge difference, then maybe later a Super Charger. You have done very, very good so far,

18in chrome rims with new tires. Every bolt on you can think of from exhaust to the throttle body. New head lights and fog lights and tints with painted calipers. Just to name few
