Noise help!

I just finished putting my engine back in. After many hours and no sleep. I was to exited to hear my car run and hear those new cams but.... there's a loud screaching noise coming from one of the pulleys. New things I put on was a professional products harmonic balancer, and an ac delete. I put my old balancer on and it didn't stop the noise I took the belt off and it did stop the sound. Could it be the power steering pump? Cause it is leaking a bit from one of the hoses and there is a small bit of play in the pulley. Do I have to Bleed the power steering? It's too hard to hear exactly where the noise is coming from because it's so loud but it's either the power steering or something in the balancer.
Thanks for the help

It could be the power steering pump.
Does it turn hard by hand?
Another possibility is the idler pulley bearing.
Check that out too while the belt is off.

The power steering pulley turns easily. But does have a bit play. It doesn't seem to be an idler cause it's not coming from that area.

Spin all pullies by hand an make sure they spin freely. If all spins well then either yoir belt has a bunch of oil on it or possibly an idler/tensioner
