This is wat i did:
1. Warm up the car
2. Cover alternator and distributor with plastic bag or foil
3. Spray simple green all over the warm engine, set the hood down and let the steam create a damp environment, about 10 min
4. Spray everything down and rinse everything off
5. Then I use tire foam on everything to make everything black and shiny again
6. Wipe up any areas that were missed
It looks really clean u should try it!!!!!!!

That does look good man! I do the same thing with Black Magic Engine Shine... but I didn't shut the hood... that's a good idea to create a steam room for your engine! I'm gonna go try it!

well.... I just tried it... and left a permanent white residue all over my CAI and engine... you sure you used simple green?

Thanks. Make sure when u spray the simple green to also use a soft brush!!!!!
