Stock coils work fine, just as good as any aftermarkets. I run accels though with a very similar setup. Ngk tr6 is what you need to run. Its a step colder which you need for the blower. They run around $2 a plug which is cheap and gap them sround .035. How much power are you making?

now as far as what gap and what heat range for the plugs that will differ no doubt, TR6's are a good plug

It depends if you are getting spark blowout. At 9 psi i doubt it. I run mine at .035 and i have no blowout issues at 13 psi. Most gap between 30-35 thousounths

Re: Spark plug and coil pack sudgestions?

you cant always hear detonation FYI always best to change them often (5k or so miles~ maybe ever other oil change) look at the ends of them for cracks or issues (signs of detonation)

I do my oil changes monthly and spark plugs every 2.5 months. What we saw was when we had the car on the dyno for 12 days
