Clutch noise 02 mustang gt

2002 Mustang GT
97,000 miles just notices yesterday when I press my clutch in (but not when I release) it makes this noise.
The stretching-type noise is just my leg on the seat that's nothing, just the clutch noise is the problem

Is your car on? It sounds like your throw out bearing went I think. its only when u push on the clutch it happens? if so that's the throw out bearing.

In the video the car is off but it does the same noise regardless. It is when I press the clutch

Sounds a lot like the clutch cable itself... I think I heard that when they start wearing out they make that creaking noise.

U should look at the cable and the pivoting point were the cable connects to the trans it might be rubbing on the cover

That's not a cable noise. The pivot ball might need some grease or its broke. The shift fork might be off the pivot ball and rubbing on the housing.

Or some of your clutch springs might have snapped. Does the petals feel easier to push than normal?

Not a cable though.
