Deep Sound

As of now, I have the stock exhaust with Flowmaster 40 muffles on my automatic 03 Mustang GT. Many of my friends tell me that my Stang sounds loud and deep, but I don't believe it's that loud. I just want to know what exhaust set-up will give me a LOUD and DEEP sound. I don't really want that loud raspy sound. What is the best combo in your opinion? Headers? X or H pipe? Catback? Thanks!

From what I've read, long tube headers and H-pipe are supposed to give a deeper sound. I don't have personal experience though, so I could be wrong...

Magnaflow catbacks seem to give I deep muscle tone and when you add the long tubes it will get louder. I'm not so sure about the difference between x and h. I have long tube bbk headers, bbk x, and flow master 40s an it sounds sexy.

Hpipe is for stock or shortie headers.
X pipe is for long tubes.

Basically replace the headers, n take the cats out for what your looking for. As for sounds go on you tube n search different muffler sounds.

I think its too loud when you have no cats. There's a guy here with no cats on his cobra and it's just way to loud and kind of annoying.

Get some Mac king tubes and some Mac flowpath mufflers and remove cats. Beat sound ever in my opinion.
