That's a little less than blue book, 137000 isn't that bad on a motor, I would check it thoroughly before I bought it. I would try to work the price down too.

I like the black on black, but it's a lot of upkeep. Wouldn't care though if I had a cobra.

If you think about it, it's only around 10,000 miles a year. As long as it has been maintained properly the miles shouldn't worry you too much.

As long as it has been cared for go for it, i got my 2004 GT off the show room floor it now has 184,000 miles and cherps third still, with no problem what so ever, also do some research on what the same year gt's are going for kbb doesnt really give a accurate price for mustangs because ppl value them differently because of the name.

Agreed. Unless its unrealistically clean and kept up like showroom condition it wont bring that much. Depending on the area too though. In florida mustangs didnt bring so much money. I moved to iowa and they are of quite a bit more value. You really need to check what things go for in the area. However the 94-98 body style does not hold much value. They produced a ton of them, some ugly colors, and very underpowered. They bring the least value of any mustang other than the mustang II styles which well..... I wont go there. Just do your homework before buying. Any year cobra is nice to have but never pay more than it is worth
