no, if you want the slp loud mouth sound - just run straight pipe. i had them for 3 days then sold them.

I love my resonators but I'm sure it depends on year of stang and what not.

I have the slp lm1 paired with slp catted X-pipe. LOVE IT. When cruising not as loud as everybody thinks, very mellow, but when you get on it THEY SING. Have more compliments than my flowmasters ever.

Straight pipes have no tone, sounds like an old truck with hacked exhaust. I've ran slp loudmouth 1 resonators on both my cars and IMO they are the best sounding option for a mustang.
