are you guys using premium gas and atlease 76 not arco? because i use to put regular and was complaining about these to then started whit the premium ($4.05)biting my wallet but it was wort it.

---------- Post added at 08:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:24 PM ----------

also what tune you guys using?(93 or 85) mine came whit these two only sow i ask mike from diablo sport.com how to use 91 tune because theres no 93 octane here in california he told me to install the 93 but pull 2* on the global spark ader and that would make it 91tune, after that i do feel a difference but the 20 i douth it is more like 10 to 15 also remember your mods and setups you migth have . last time i hit the track i hit like 12.90 someting like that 108mph on slicks sow am guessing maybe am hiting thouse 290"s maybe 300? and am just on magnaflows,x-pipe,cai,and predator stock 3:27.

yeah because of the higher octane less missfires because of the modify perimeters like spark adder and advance . all tuners are like that . i whis there was a tune that can be set to thinking your car is running premium but you can just put regular , that will save us some money

Re: Diablosport

Get it dyno tuned for best results. I got over 20HP gains with just pulleys, CAI, and catback. My 93 octane file is great but I use my 87 octane tune file most of the time and it is awesome too.

Yea I always put 93 octane in mine no matter what. The 4.6's just run healthier on that gas. I have a lot of bolt ons on my car and yes it feels more powerful with the tune on it but can't tell if it's a 20hp gain. I noticed more hp gain after I did a full exhaust. Also if you do want to notice the power difference with the tune, tune it back to stock and notice the power loss after that. We kind of get use to our cars they way they drive and forget the way they use to feel in hp.

I wouldn't run it on the highest setting then if you don't have 93 octane in the car. 93 is $3.57 here in indianapolis and Boston MA it's only $.10 to $.20 higher not as bad as I would think it would b. Your car won't respond as good if you use a lower octane and it could damage the motor or sensors if you don't run the right octane with the tune to match.

Re: Diablosport

Good points made. I also only use the Highest Octane around, in both cars, and I'm happier doing it, no complaints.
