Get a bbk tb plemium, intake, and if you have cash left over pulleys

A hand held tuner will give you good bang for your buck. You could also get a cold air intake and stay around $500 ish dollars.

CAI and tuner- I bought a used CAI from a forum member for $100, bought an SCT 3 - with my forum discount came to just over 350- huge difference in power.
