Rebuilt aoed, cam question

Ripped out my tranny, took it to racer brown transmission in Ventura, ca. Told him to hop it up as much as he could. I don't have a cam yet. So I don't know what would be a good combo for a cam and torque converter. Any suggestions? Wish I had a five speed. Oh yeah I have 4.10 gears.
