Car has miss at idle

Ok so today I decided to take my CAI off and put the stock system back in to see if it would help my idle. So I start the car up with the stock stuff on and it idles smother but it still has a miss. At random it makes a deep pop, I have replaced the spark plugs recently so what could be causing this?

Does it sputter when you drive? If so it could be the intake manifold or the manifold gaskets going.

at around 55 sec you can hear it. The video does not make it sound as bad as it is.

Check the IAC motor (idle air control). These tend to get plugged with carbon. They are cheap to buy--around $70 at the dealer. Hope this helps!
