Idle problems

For the past couple days when I start my car it will idle real rough and erratic. It will jump from about 1k rpms down to below 500 almost dying, the. It will raise back up an drop continually.
This happens even when the car is in all of the gears like neutral and drive. I can't seem to understand what might be causing this. I popped open my hood and when it's at idle it is erratic and a loud sucking/humming noise can be heard from the intake near the fender wall, it vibrates the engine bay quite a bit.
Any suggestions???

If you hook up a scanner & view the "live data" the front o2's should be jumping up & down & the rears should be more steady
