Stupid 4.6 engine question. Lol

So I am rebuilding my new motor and when I was cleaning up the new block a bunch of debris got into the cylinders on top of the pistons. I'm not sure how to get all of it out because I know this will not be good to start it with that in there . Any good tricks u engine assemblers know about. Lol. I don't want to **** it up right when I start it lol
