How to tell if you have a true 35th

Does anybody know how to tell if you have a real 35th? I have the badges on my fenders but I don't think it's a true 35th

The true 35ths had the same hood scoop, side scoops, and rear spoiler that you would mainly find on 03-04 GTs, along with different colored seats.

Nope, just like only some 2004s were 40th anniversary editions. The 04s have special tan stripes, spoiler deletes and a few other things.

I don't see what the significance ford was pointing out with these 5 year anniversary models. Seems more like a marketing stunt to sell more mustangs, IMO.

Of course it is. However, selling more Mustang isn't a bad thing. The more they sell, the more likely the Mustang brand will continue to exist for ourselves & future generations to experience.

Althought some of these packages are gimics to sell cars, the Mustang community as a whole needs as many cars sold as possible, otherwise the performance, aftermarket, collector, etc. Mustang markets cease to exist.

40th anniversaries come with:
Arizona beige short race & rocker panel stripes
Arizona beige bullitt rims
Beige interior
40th anniv. shifter plaque, tan floor mats, tan top for verts
Painted folding mirrors

Package is only available in crimson red, oxford white, or black

I had a redfire 04 but I always said 40th anniv. So it would sound better lol

It does look good on Foxes. One of my favorite colors for them. If I had one I'd love to paint it that color to match.

^ Spec is correct. The anniversary packages are produced in limited numbers and not only that, they are package deals with special characteristics/features. You end up paying a little more for the Anniversary package. The speical badges I believe are put on every 5th anniversary.
