Sequential tail light kit

I just got the sequential tail light kit from am but after I installed them the weirdest thing went wrong. It works fine when turning left and right and even when the hazards are on except when the lights are on and the car is driving straight or parked, one bulb does not light up. The first bulb in the set of 3 in fact. It's the the bulb cuz it works fine when turning? Any ideas at all or is it a defect in product?

Re: Sequential tail light kit

On my dad's one bulb was not on whenever he had the headlights on and it just ended up being the bulb was loose in the housing... We just wiggled it around and it came right on and has stayed on ever since, Might be what your issue is as well

Try changing the bulb regardless. Because the 3157 bulbs have 2 filaments. Maybe one of them is bad. Also I recommend putting some electrical grease in the socket, prevents rust and loss of conductivity
