Lol I've been looking for a picture of a charger with black rims cuz I've been thinking of doing my girlfiriends midnight blue charger rims like that! It looks pretty awesome and cool idea with the front grill! I think some stripes on the fenders would look pretty cool too.

Re: Did the plasti dip today

how durable is the plasti-dip? and how long will it last on the rims with out peeling off on its own?

Re: Did the plasti dip today

Looks great! What did you use to mask it off? Regular blue painters tape?

For the deck lid I used blue painters tape and newspaper for overspray for the tail lights I just pulled them out and sprayed them. I still used an exacto blade along the edge of the tape to let it peel off otherwise it would all come off with the tape.

Again, looks great! I was wondering what kept the tape from peeling it back off, thanks!

That's crazy honestly I was gunna plasti dip the exact same things the deck lid and the bottom of the bumper and we have the same color car! Would you be alright if I did that as well? I can find something else to plasti dip but that's so weird I was gunna do that this weekend

Re: Did the plasti dip today

Looks fantastic! Only one complaint with the charger... Looks just like an unmarked cop car now. D: Got a bunch of them running around here. Haha.

Your car looks 100% different with everything you did! Amazing what $15 of plasti-dip will do for ya, eh?
