Re: Auto to stick - engine internal balance?

According to Eagles website it is internal balance, hence change from stick to auto should not need any balance work. Anyone done this swap? Any vibration issues?

Should be a straight forward swap. It shouldn't have any vibration issues either.

I did it with my old 5.0 no problems there, just make sure you get a 5 speed computer, and a new pilot bearing

Could you just tell the guys at bama you changed to a 5speed and they just update the tuner?

Idk about that, you might can, you may not even need a new computer you might can just tune it anyways.

you need an auto computer when swapping to an auto..you dont need a manual computer...just turn off the auto stuff(switch it in tuner if you want)
