Radiator fan problem

The fan doesn't come on unless a/c is on changed ect and still nothing which relay is it in the center cant find diagram switched them but still nothing been reading about ccrm will a/c work if this is bad please help

Fan relay is in the ccrm. Common problem. Check the fuse too

It works if i unplug the temp sensor and stays on high but a/c only works on low got to be ccrm huh
