What gas is safe

What's the best gas to run in 99 gt I hear it's bad to run to high oct

I doubt that. I've always used 93 octane in all my Stangs 88,94,04's. When you change the plugs then you can see how's it burning.

Premium ain't gonna hurt the motor in no way, shape or form. Unless your car has mods done to it, regular gas will do just fine; meaning you get no real added benefit from using premium.

Alright thanks sometimes with 94 oct I get a flame so I was just worried

Ok if your getting a flame out of the pipes you are running too rich Flames are nice to watch but your loosening power and fuel You need to increase the air flow Did you delete the o2 sensor

Make sure you tune matches the fuel you use, It says on SCTs websight to always use the same fuel your tune is on or it may cause damage.
