Drop top r&r

Has anyone replaced their own drop top before? I have to replace mine and have the new top in my hands, doesn't look like too much fun, but it's going to save me over a grand. Any tips would be appreciated.

Well I did it.... And it wasn't fun... I highly recommend paying to have someone do it. It's expensive but it was a headache and I had help.
