Sqeaking clutch

My clutch is squeaking at idle. When I press down on it, the squeaking stops. Any suggestions on how to stop it from squeaking at idle??

Its prob the throwout bearing ... mine does it too. You can try the self adjuster on the clutch pedal and see if it helps.. dont know if it will tho. Put the car in neutral and grab the clutch pedal with your hand and pull up on it... pull it till you fell a kinda click and then you can let it go.. maybe it could help
