Next Mod? Stumped...!

Alright, not sure what to do next. I had a C&L plenum, PP 75mm TB and JLT CAI lined up, but it fell through. So, now I don't know what to do next. I'm gonna get the SCT/ 3.73 gear combo next week with my VA school money. Now I'm sitting here with 300 in Paypal and adding, removing, adding, removing stuff from my shopping cart. If I don't use it now its gonna get used by the wifey LoL. I'm stumped, seriously. I have some wheels lined up so that's taken care of. Suspension is getting upgraded after snow is gone, don't wanna put new shocks with 300 lbs in the trunk. Exterior wise, I've got an appt in april for a complete exterior spray. Just as far as "bolt ons" I don't know where to get next. I've thought Trickflow Plenum TB combo, then thought JLT over my BBK that came on the car. Coils, pulleys, intake? What would you guys do, performance wise if this was you? Recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Short throw if it's a 5-speed

Coils won't actually do much more!.. Pullies are nice!.. They will free up like 10-15 hp if you do the crank, water, and alternator setup!.. Though I wouldn't suggest using the alternator one if you are planning on using alot of electronics!.. At least not on the stock alternator!.. Lol A 75mm TB plenum combo or the 78mm TB from BBK will also help some!.. Don't remember if you said you already have a CAI yet or not, but I would if you don't!..

Yes it had a BBk cai on her, and not to sure if its the true Roush short throw or not. Dont know how the stock felt. I pulled the boot and looked at the base plate of it and it looks stock but not sure. Same goes for the gears and other stuff that the previous owner had done.

Does it seem to have a little notchiness when you shift gears? And does it feel like you could shift into third without doing anything more than pushing up on the handle? (stiff centering springs for that "no-miss" 3rd gear shift)

Absolutely...I've had manual cars before and I told my buddy that this shifter felt stiffer and different than any of my short shifters I've ever had.

Then it definitely sounds like a short throw. I honestly don't know what you should do next, a throttle body sounds like the bed plan right now.
