Tire size

17x9 on front I'm thinking of 275 and 10.5 on rear I'm not sure to go with 305? Or 315?

I have 10.5 rims with 315 I get complements everywhere I go. I use to have 275 and nobody really noticed them. I love the way they make it look badass from the rear. Intimidation though, ricers love to mess with you after you get them, and when they back off they have to look at your big fat tires......Ha!

Re: Tire size

as said a 305 will work on a 10.5 but a 315 would probably look better.

EVERY tire maker is different.. what is 315 to one is not 315 to another so you should research the tire you are wanting to see how it fits.

Re: Tire size

I would also recommend going a little smaller in the front. I will be running 255 up front and 315 in the rear when i get my new tires. I currently have 275 all the way around and the fronts catch every single rut in the road

275's all the way round is a little too big in the front. You shouldn't stray too far from 245's in the front. But my opinion

Been running 275 on the front and bigger on the rear for years with no issues. On a 10.5 the minimum I would run is a 305 preferably a 315.

If you're looking for rain traction do not buy the mt. Just get a good high performance tire with good rain traction. I suggest the bfg kdw2 or g force sport or toyo r888 depending on your budget. Should have no problems at your power level. Seen too many cars totaled on drs in the rain
