How do the tires look, what's the mileage, does it look beat up, do they have maintenance records, what's the reason for selling, and how much do they want for it. Those are good for starters

3k sounds a little low for a new edge, something weird there. Theres is defently something wrong if a dealer is selling it for that low.

You are somewhat right a friend is selling it to me because she has a new car and no longer needs it

Tires are good and last time I checked it had about 145k miles, looks are good just might need a new front bumper, and no maintenance records
