I want to put lower gears in my car whats that all take and what do you recommend i do with the suspension?

Rear lower control arms are a minimum if you are trying to increase 1/4 times. Helps to plant that rear axle and lessen wheel hop. Optimally both upper and lower rear control arms, springs, shocks and struts, and subframe connectors if you are wanting to launch hard. Good rubber and lower control arms are the most effective for the $$ though.
