Anyone heard of anyone doing this? How much does it cost?

It takes a lot of work to do. You have two options 1 buy a auto with the computer from that car to make it shift 2 buy a auto and order a $800+ computer to shift it. I've priced out both options for a 4r75 aode. Then on top of both options you got to buy a driveshaft, trans mount, torque converter, peddle assembly, trans lines and cooler. Now a easier way if its not a daily is buy a turbo 350 or something of the sort. When I get home from deployment ill be selling my t56 and swapping in a built 4r75 aode with the aftermarket shift controller. Good luck

Sounds a lil pricy for my budget. I'll just stay

Unless you can get everything cheap save yourself the time and money. It would be better just to sell the manual and buy an auto.
