They will but why not buy the gears for like 150 bucks and get the master install instead of swapping the used gears out?

Well from what i hear the eatons are nice units and they are not cheap... he is selling the whole rear for $450 and the eaton alone cost that much. He's saying that the car is a 93 but the rear come out of a newer car.. bit the 94-98 rears are still shorter than mine right?

Your stock axles are 28 spline but if you swap into everything from that 8.8 yes you could IF his axle is the same width as yours and if it is the sane width just swap in the entire axle as long as it's still 5 lug.

That's what i would do if i swapped the parts from his... but if it is a shorter rear the the axles wouldn't work right?

I would say no but I've never measured a foxes shafts and a newer 5 lug shaft. Just take measurements of your axle like back side of drums(or discs) to other side then measure his to be certain.

I found out his is a 5 lug out of newer stang which would of been good to put on craigslist instead of saying its a fox rear but idk what year it cane out of... i have been told that the 94-98s are shorter but i have never measured one either

Fox rear end housing and 94-98 SN95's are the same in length. The axles however are longer on sn95's for the rear disks and abs. The 99-04 rear end both housing and axles are wider . The Fox or early sn95 will not work on new edge sn95's.
