Sub placement 98 mustang

In debating on removing my rear seats so that is an option or is it better just to keep them in the trunk?

Re: Sub placement 98 mustang

Ill show you tomorrow what i did. I didn't want to spend money on a delete kit because thats pointless when you can cover everything with felt. I put my 6x9's in the wood backing of the seat. and am putting my 2 12" Fosgate subs custom fit in the seat wells.. thats in a few weeks. and i put LED singles accenting the speakers and subs as well

For my subs, im putting 2 seperate ported boxes in the seat wells and just cut out 2 6x9 hole in the board behind where the seat was. I Did have my amp in between the speakers, but i took it off when i put felt on but i plan on putting it up again soon..

That looks Good man! I would outline your subs with single LEDs though! That would look Sweet! Also, you should mount your sub amp underneath the subs or around them where you can see them! That would look sweet as well

On the box? Can't really remember. Fits thru that hole with about a inch on each side to play with. I had it professionally built. I just installed it all. I can send u the dimensions tomorrow is u want me too. Only placed i messed up on mine (with the dimensions ) i came about a inch or 2 short n the front to cover where the seats were connected at the far top of them. But Im gonna just put some matching fabric to cover it up. I still gotta bolt everything down. Its just sitting there right now. Ain't had a whole lot of time to mess with it.
