I love it. My friend gave me a teaser ride in his GT500 one time, I can only wish mine will ever be as fast as his car. We hit 150 in a straightaway while mine will only do 110.

My friend has it on his GT500, along with an upgraded heat exchanger. Sits at 15psi no matter how hot out it gets. It used to get bad heat soak in any temperature above 90*. He got the snow kit to make sure it never lost boost due to heat soak.

I don't know about n/a. His car is the only one that I've dealt with that had a water meth kit. It seems like you wouldn't really need it for a n/a motor seeing as the underhood temps never get as hot as a supercharged/turbocharged engine.

Somewhere n there i will get my rims. Either omega godspeeds or rtr and i dunno if ill do staggered or 9-9.5 all around.
That's a hard choice between rims, both are real nice. I am partial to the RTR myself. What handling package are you looking at? I am planning on doing a lot of auto x and hopefully a track day or two at Laguna Seca this year, and I'm looking at dialing in my suspension to do so.

Just to add my two cents on meth injection, I know a couple people with EVO's and STi's with meth injection but I have never heard of anyone running it with out forced induction.

Good looking ride. Me personally i would get heads & might as well save up to supercharge it. U got lifters rollers and springs on ur cams ? What do u run? Drag or auto cross?

Having the painted rims instead of chrome makes the car 1 of 1 according to Saleen. Appreciate the comments!

Well there are several cars with original painted Saleen wheels but there was no other numbered original cars in 2002 with torch red paint and painted wheels. All other red '02 Saleens had chrome wheels, from the factory anyway, not saying anyone hasn't swapped their out lol

I was supposed to give em to my buddy for his gt he just bought, but I think I'm gonna keep them now.

Unless the price is right... I am really loving my 18in 03 cobras that are super hard to find tho. I'm rocking the sh*t outran those right now.

The extractor hood was an option if wanted. On these Saleen did put a different insert in the scoop instead of the stock honeycomb insert, to set it apart. I like the scooped hood since it sits up instead of laying low like the extractor, like having something to look past lol

I been thinkin. I like my led tail lights and i thought about getting them professionally tinted but i seen the New raxiom tail lights and i think its time for a change. Can i get some opinions? I inserted a pic of the car so u can see what im trying to match. I already have the cervini wing on it. I also thought about getting the black rear deck lid (like the machine 1) and the black rear lower balance insert. Or would that be too much?

These r my current leds. So smoke the leds or get the raxiom with the sequential kit with them? (sequential don't work with leds for future reference)

Oh i see.... So is that a functional scoop? It looks good. As much as i like the extractor look on the outside there is something about being behind a cowl hood or a scoop that just looks and feels awesome.. I know what you mean.
